The groundbreaking treatment was old patient battling relapsed and trea Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (B- relapsed twice despite previous ther received indigenously developed ant therapy on 18 June 2026. By Day +1 MRD-negative complete remission a discharged on 3 July 2026.
This achievement represents far more than a single successful procedure it marks the beginning of a new era in Pakistan's healthcare system. For the first time, patients in the country now have access to one of the world's most advanced cellular immunotherapies, offering renewed hope to those who have exhausted conventional treatment options.
This historic success reflects years of unwavering commitment, research, and teamwork by the dedicated physicians, scientists, laboratory specialists, apheresis and cell processing experts, and nursing staff of the Army Medical Corps.
